Told us that we had a saddle which no one else ever told us, which is illegal. Good prices and friendly service. Came back the day after job was completed to fix another pipe we didn't realize was bad. Highly reccomend and will be calling again for all our plumbing needs.

I called alpha after I was left waiting over 10 weeks for a call back from another local plumber. This other company told me my pipe was burst and it would cost about $2,500 to fix. Alpha came to my house in less than a week. Fixed the problem and saved me a lot of money. The pipe was not burst as I was told before. They know what they are doing. Are fair and honest. Worked hard to fix the problem without charging me extra or doing unnecessary work. I cannot recommend this company enough. Ive already told all my friends and coworkers to use them for any services they may need and I will absolutely be giving them all of my business in the future.

We have had a problem with our shower for a week that I was trying to fix. I finally gave up and looked for a plumber to call. He came out within a half hour of calling on a Friday evening! We had a malfunctioning part and he will have to come back tomorrow and fix it when we replace the part. He did not charge an arm and a leg. I will be calling him in the future for any plumbing needs.

A friend found Alpha Plumbing's information online and told me he had good reviews so I called him. He came out and looked around and, sadly, found many more issues left behind by the previous owners.

From then on he has worked very hard to get the problems fixed.
He is very nice and personable and goes out of his way to explain what is wrong, how it should be, and how he will go about fixing it. He has been wonderful with accommodating my schedule and has answered every random "new homeowner" question I have.

I was in a bad situation with the main line in my house clogged. Could not use any water. Alpha plumbing fit me in almost immediately in between other appointments. When he got here he told me how to get started on the problem. I then called several times for instructions which he gave me. He was going to come out the next day to complete what I started, but I was able to finish the job for myself with his instructions.

This was the second time I used Alpha plumbing. The last time he was here he told me about the balloon to put on the end of the hose to clear out main line cloggs and he installed a clean-out in the basement. Using the balloon and the clean out he installed last time, I was able to fix the problem, no charge. His suggestion to use the balloon and to put in the clean out has saved me at least 5 times of not needing to call a plumber.

I strongly recommend Alpha plumbing and will be using Alpha plumbing at my parents house to clean out their laundry line as well as my rental property. No other plumber around has the equipment needed to lean out long (100 ft lines) and no other plumber will give you the information you need to fix the problem yourself.

After speaking with representatives from various plumbing companies, I ultimately chose Dave with Alpha Plumbing. This was largely due to his reasonable quote for the job. I needed a full replacement of plumbing pipes in a recently purchased older home. My funds were tight yet Dave got the job done. This was in spite of unexpected older home surprises. Of course freezing weather rolled in right after the job was complete. This was along with a surprise furnace heat delay due to city permit requirements. During this period Dave not only advised me on alternative heat sources, but also ensured proper placement throughout my home. Dave has provided great advice! Not only has he provided plumbing-related advice such as pipe protection, fixture placement and even cute design recommendations, he also provided valuable safety advice based on his observatons in areas unrelated to plumbing. Dave and Curtis are both very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They fixed my shower handle (after I completely botched it myself), installed a tankless water (while also removing galvanized pipes from my plumbing system), and fixed my leaky kitchen sink, all with a great personality and reasonable rates, not to mention they are very easy to get a hold of and schedule to come to your home. They're definitely going to be my go to plumbers from now on and I highly recommend anyone reading this follows suit.

The new toilet was so well-installed that it makes it a pleasure to take a dump. Reasonable prices too.

We thought we had a leaking water heater which seemed odd given that it was only five months old, but Dave was able to determine that the leak was coming from the AC unit behind the water heater. While he couldn't repair the problem (we need a HVAC contractor for that), he was very prompt and professional in showing up and diagnosing the issue. I would recommend him highly for any needed plumbing repairs!

Couldn't be happier with their service. They are trustworthy and do their job very well. They came out to Frostburg within a couple of days of our calling, provided us options for fixes of varying complexity and cost, and came back the next day to do the option we ultimately chose. They finished the job quite fast and their charge was very reasonable. Although I hope I won't have to, I'm definitely calling them again if I need to!

Dave has been thoughtful, prompt, honest and fair on both of my calls for his service to come to my home. Other times I have called and he talked me through fixing the problem myself without charging anything. Who does that . Alpha Plumbing did fantastic work. I had an issue where water was leaking from a pipe that went out of my basement wall and underground. They rerouted the pipes to go into the main sewer line instead of out of a separate smaller pipe, which avoided having to dig up the yard and replace the small pipe. It was a lot quicker and a lot cheaper. They also went above and beyond to take care of some of the small things that other plumbers might not have bothered with. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I will definitely give them a call for any other plumbing issues.

We had a sewer line problem. Dave was available and came right out. They fixed a long standing problem in an old home, did a lot of work and his fee was quite reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again for my plumbing problems.

This man went out of his way to help my elderly grandma. Every other business either wouldn't help or wanted to go beyond the real issue and charge her so much. Her water pressure was low. One company wanted her to get a new water tank. This man came in on a whim and found out that she just needed to replace her kitchen faucet. A cheap solution. He didn't charge an arm and leg.
